"Heidi gave birth naturally - no drugs. She was awesome." -- Rick

As told by Rick Garside: "I met her at Downey Community Hospital at 4 PM, her contractions hadn't started yet... so they wanted to induce. We didn't want that, so asked for a few hours to see if she went into labor herself, which she did starting around 5PM."

Heidi's mother drove down from Fresno, and barely made it in time - with only 45 minutes to spare.
